Borrowing a musical theme from the opening tune, this is simply a representation of what happens when it takes a while for your true thoughts and feeling to arrive. Some people have immediate reactions. For others, the feelings grow, gather and swirl until they catch up with you. It might be the punchline of a joke coming back to you at a wholly inappropriate moment, making you laugh when you are supposed to be serious. It might be the feeling that you can never again call someone for a chat, making you cry as you do the washing up. Or in this case, a noisy guitar squealing away, just when you thought the album was over.
